"We loved the room that we stayed in. It was recently decorated in greys and pastel pinks. The room felt spacious and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was large with a separate bath and shower. The full English breakfast was cooked to order and as you would expect but I would have liked the option of fruit or rolls or pastries. The owner was courteous and friendly. "Roz and Keith are wonderful hosts. They even gave me change for the launderette! This location siuted me perfectly as I was using public transportation. For me the bed was pretty soft but that is definitely a personal preference. This is a great place to travel from or just use the many beaches."

"We had a wonderful stay at Little Pengelly Farm. It is conveniently located half way between the north and south coast of western Cornwall. Robert and Maxine were very accommodating and easily arranged our late check in with clear instructions. They gave us lots of local knowledge and advice where to see and eat. "Sarah, the owner, gave fantastic service and made great efforts to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for Lusty Glaze beach (or Newquay beach/town centre), the breakfast was reasonably priced as an extra, and parking was free. The room was basic and a little tired, but given the positives it was good value for money. Wouldn’t have stayed if planning to spend lots of time in the room, but was a great base to explore."

"Location is right on the harbor, beautiful views of a small but lovely fishing village. Room was surprisingly big, well decorated with an excellent bathroom. Enjoyed painting of harbor which was an exact match to looking out the window! Mevagissey has very little parking and narrow streets, but parking is provided about 200 yards away so it's an easy walk."

The cooker, decking and downstairs ensuite shower need some tlc but that didn’t effect usage or us having a fantastic time. Will definitely be coming back!"
