Bed and Breakfast in Truro

"Overall really loved the Hotel. Lovely view from our room over the bay. The staff were really lovely and helpful. One problem we did have was the menu shown on the website has obviously not been brought up to date. Before visiting we had chosen what we wanted from the online menu (which also stated a 10% surcharge) only to find a completely different menu on arrival with a 12.5 % surcharge. Having arrived after a long journey I ended up having a bowl of soup! This may be useful for future visitors as nowhere else to eat locally. The breakfast, however, was perfect."

"We were up in the courtyard and the rooms were lovely. Spacious enough, comfy beds, great powerful shower. The staff were helpful and polite and breakfast was tasty and made to order. Short stroll into the centre. Would recommend and definitely stay again!"

"Very nice views and walks I would recommend this place if you want a base to do everything from. It is clearly being refurbished but its liveable beds are ok but some new mattresses are needed. The decking out side needs sorting out please don’t lean on the hand rail. The place is pet friendly but the garden is not secure so be careful when letting your dog-dogs out. When the place is finished being refurbished and some new furniture and fixings it we’ll be a top place. One last thing the parking is tricky and turning round the road is a unadapted road so it’s bumpy and narrow there is parking for 3 cars at a squeeze you can get 4 cars parked."

"This was our second time staying at the Beach House and we absolutely love it. Really great location, only a few minute walk to the beach and bars/restaurants. The beds are super comfortable and the place is always lovely and clean. The shower in the ensuite was a bit temperamental but thankfully could just use one of the others. We absolutely love sitting on the decking looking out to the beach. There are a lot of stairs to the property but we don't really mind this at all. A little difficult to get two cars on the drive but grateful it has parking. Already booked again for next year!"
