"I want to start by saying "This is not a bed and breakfast" It is not advertised as such. Bed comfortable. Good shower. Quiet. Parking onsite. Lovely outlook from upstairs verandah room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Convenient walking to waterfront. (Uphill on way back) Nice lounge area downstairs. Dinning tables downstairs to sit and eat your own food. "

The electronic booking -in was more akin to bar code shopping at waitrose (and didnt work.. we needed staff to help, both booking in, and out) and the breakfast process was slick but slightly impersonal. "Good ole fashioned comfort, big squishy settees in the lounge. Swimming pool is a good size and shape. Breakfast was great, room comfortable and quite quiet. Lovely view's across the lawns to the sea. Good position for restaurants and town by foot (useful as I can imagine parking issues in the busy periods) local history is immense! Pendennis is well worth a visit"
