A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff in an amazing location with great parking. The beautiful beach just a short walk down the road and a ten minute walk to Falmouth harbour and town.

Staff extremely friendly and went above and beyond. Had a lovely stay, the bed had to be comfortable because I slept like a log. Internet access excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts. I can't thank the staff enough. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Extremely welcoming on arrival, beds comfy and rooms immaculate, visitors information was very helpful, breakfast was delicious and had a nice selection, very conveniently placed as well: many local options for food and shopping and a short walk to the beach. Katie was immensely helpful and polite, overall a lovely place to stay and would highly recommend, will absolutely be coming back 10/10.

I have stayed at the Lugo three years running and there is a reason for this - friendly service, excellent rooms, nothing too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone reading this, and hope to return again soon.

Great for access to beach, near to parks, coast path, local convenience store for picnic provisions. Comfy lounge and outdoor seating area. Liked the ' tick box' choices for breakfast selection, vegan options. Welcoming atmosphere, great hosts, met several return guests. Would definitely stay here again.

Lugo rock is a great option for a base whilst visiting Falmouth and beyond. The free parking is a bonus if you come by car but the train station is just down the road. Lugo rock is 2 mins from the beach and 5-10 min walk from the town so extremely convenient. Katie and her staff are welcoming and attentive. We had a great stay here

Lovely, friendly hotel in good location.

Beautiful place to stay in Falmouth. We arrived really late at night due to a lorry fire on the M5 and Katie was so incredibly helpful about it, including letting us have a later breakfast than normal. The room was spotlessly clean and everything refreshed daily. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked exactly how you want it, with a wide variety of cereals (including gluten free) and fruit as well. The hotel was quiet, and well located for a stroll into town or to the beach. We would recommend Lugo Rock to everyone!

Amazing room and well located

Katie and her team were amazing. Lugo Rock is well located and close to walks around the Cornish coast. Lugo Rock also helped us out with their laundry service ( which was very reasonably priced) as we ended up seriously muddy on one of the coastal walks. Breakfast was also delicious and varied. Would definitely come back when we are down here again.

Great location near beach and town. Really warm welcome from Katie the owner who was so helpful and friendly and cooks the most amazing breakfast.( Lots to choose from) Breakfast waiting staff friendly and helpful when asked about places to go. Lots of personal touches such as sweets on kids bed, Filling up our water bottles for the day ahead, allowing us to park early and waving us off. Comfy beds and super clean rooms.

Lovely place would definitely recommend

Lovely warm welcome, spacious room, lovely comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and the owners really couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was ordered the night before each day, which isn’t for everyone but we were fine with it, the food was excellent quality and perfectly cooked, served at your chosen time with a smile. Rooms were serviced every day, the only problem we had was a couple of hiccups with the shower which was checked out the same day and advice given. Would definitely recommend the lugo rock to others and would stay here again, A two minute walk to the beach, ten minutes to station and town. It is at the top of a hill so maybe if you aren’t so mobile it might not suit, although they do have downstairs rooms and guest parking if you need it. They also have a lovely guest lounge and outdoor terrace you can use, and access to a fridge if you need it.

Our room was very clean and we felt very at home- the beds were very comfortable and the shower was lovely. However, the breakfast did lack, we ordered room service and received the wrong order and the woman who brought it to our door was very rude and spoke under her breath when we didn’t answer the door the first time- as we were still asleep from our 6 hour journey the day before. The breakfast itself wasn’t great, quite dry and the eggs and toast were cold- not great when you pay for the breakfast in the price but found a lovely cafe just down the road from the b&b so wasn’t the end of the world. The parking was okay, quite cramped and had a random broken football goal taking up one of the spaces??? Very odd. But overall the landscape and room itself were great, lovely B&B right next to the sea and shops only a 5 minute or so walk, very convenient.

Katie was very welcoming and patiente when we arrived late. The room was beautiful and very clean. There is parking for customers which is quite convenient as it is sometimes difficult to park in the near by roads. We did no have breakfast so I cannot vomment on it. We had a lovely stay. We definitely recommend Lugo Rock.
