"Regrettably, our stay at Best Western has been marred by a series of unfortunate events. Bedbugs plagued our room, necessitating an early departure from the premises. This experience has left us uncomfortable and has led us to reconsider our future reservations at Best Western. We have several marks all over our body from the bed bugs. While looking for bedbugs, we took the sheets off and we found a gigantic stain on the mattress as well, completely unacceptable.This is by far the first experience for us to be in this situation. The hotel comped our state due to this unfortunate incidents."

"Alison was incredibly kind and welcoming. She greeted us with a warm smile, and when she learned that my aunt has trouble with her legs, she thoughtfully placed us on the first floor. She even offered to help take photos for us in the lobby. Her attentiveness truly made our experience feel special. "

"The room, property and staff were great! Even the bed was comfortable. However, the complementary breakfast was terrible. Eggs were straight water and cold, sausage was cold and French toast sticks were not even worth looking at. Very few plates, cups or silverware. I understand why it’s free/included in the room price. "
