"The hotel is in the perfect spot. Couple blocks down starts the Broadway action. The hotel is perfect in every way….price, cleanliness, staff, great presentation when you arrive and also a delicious breakfast. I will be back to Nashville and I will be booking my stay again at the Holiday Inn Express. Thank you for a great experience in Nashville, Doreen"

"The only problems with this place was the walk ways they were very uneven and hard to push the luggage carts down and was a trip hazard for some of the older guests. Other than that we had a great time it was close enough to walk to get food and entertainment."

"Had to pay for coffee in the lobby. Valet parking overnight too expensive. "

"We were given a handicap room and the shower dispenser unit had so much mold and was disgusting. There was no soap in dispenser and we asked to have it filled and it was but no one cleaned it. "

"A shuttle from the airport would be a great idea. Late checkout fees are a joke and a money grab."

"We had a room booked for April 10th. While boarding our flight, I received a call from the hotel informing me they could no longer honor our reservation due to a “water leak.” When I asked whether any other rooms were available on the property, I was told none were. When I asked for help securing a room at another hotel, I was told they could not provide any assistance. We booked another hotel nearby at a higher price. As we drove past the original property, the parking lot was full and several large tour buses were parked outside, suggesting the hotel was operating normally despite the explanation we were given. Do not book here if you expect your reservation to be honored."

"Really nice hotel. Rooms on the small side, but for the location and price, it was worth it. Close enough to the Nashville action, and far enough to be quiet at night when you're done."
