"Our stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Downtown was great! I would give it 5 stars except for the first two nights when we were on a lower floor. The weekend traffic noise throughout the night was terrible and kept us awake — fire engines, ambulances, cars revving, and motorcycles. When we called to see if anything could be done, Jenny was fantastic and allowed us to move up a few floors, which helped tremendously. I was very impressed with her helpfulness, understanding, and prompt solution. We also loved the breakfast buffet every morning and the “Kickback” appetizers in the afternoon. The food was fantastic, there was plenty of it, and it helped us save a lot of money on meals during the trip. There was also a very kind and helpful employee named Sara working breakfast every morning. She came by tables clearing plates and refilling dishes with a smile on her face. She was wonderful. The fitness room was also nice, clean, and well-equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, weights, and strength machines. Despite some significant traffic noise on the lower floors during the weekend, our stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Downtown was excellent thanks to outstanding customer service, great food offerings, and clean, well-equipped amenities."

"The hotel was great!! The room was nice and it was so convenient that I had a washer and dryer in the unit since I was there for a week work trip. Also had a huge fridge so I could do a grocery trip. The pool was nice! The parking was amazing! It’s covered parking which was really nice for those rainy days. The only downside to the hotel is that the area around the hotel isn’t nice at all. Several homeless people walking around. There was an abandoned building with graffiti right next to it which several times I saw shady characters hanging out in. I would caution standing outside of the hotel to wait for an uber or food order due to all that. Not a hotel for kids if that’s what you are looking for. Otherwise great stay!"
