"This was our favorite hotel we stayed at in Portugal--the staff were friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The lobby was spacious and gorgeously designed. The food from the restaurant was good, and we loved the happy hour! Our room was also well-proportioned, and we loved the amenities provided, including the shower cap and dental kits. Our only quibble--and this was our fault for not properly researching the location--was that it was quite far from the central part of the city. The area was mostly residential (though we loved the restaurant Geographie around the corner), and it was a solid 40-minute walk to the central commercial area."

Located in the heart of the city near Rossio Square, it made navigating my entire itinerary effortless. Whether walking to nearby landmarks, accessing public transportation, or meeting tour pickups, everything felt seamless. The property was impeccably clean. Even with shared bathrooms, they were maintained beautifully and cleaned multiple times daily. My balcony overlooked the lively Lisbon streets, adding that authentic European touch I always appreciate. There’s also a thoughtfully designed communal space with lounge seating, dining tables, a microwave, and a workspace — ideal for solo travelers who value comfort and functionality. No elevator (pack light if you can 😉), but overall, a beautiful, well-kept stay in one of Lisbon’s best locations."

"I had a wonderful stay at Browns Central Hotel during my recent trip to Lisbon. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, which made check in smooth and stress-free. The location truly could not be better. There was so much within walking distance. Zara is literally a 5 to 7 minute walk away, and I even took a cooking class that was just one minute from the hotel. There are countless shopping options and places to eat nearby, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The Folks quickly became my go to coffee shop for matcha, lunch, and chai tea during my stay. The room itself was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Room service at the hotel was spectacular and more than enough food to enjoy and relax after a long day of travel. I also appreciated the small but meaningful touches, like being able to borrow an umbrella when needed and leave my key at the front desk when heading out. Overall, the combination of excellent customer service, clean and stylish accommodations, and unbeatable location made my stay truly enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon and would gladly stay here again in the future."

"The room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable! The hotel was quiet. The staff at the front desk were all so pleasant and kind. On our last morning, we had to leave before breakfast officially started so the staff arranged for a breakfast box to go. Would definitely stay here again!"
