"The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I especially appreciated the warm welcome from the reception team. We absolutely loved the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi in our room — a brilliant touch. We’d definitely book this hotel and the same room again the next time we’re in Lisbon. I would also recommend the hotel's rooftop bar."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and you could eat as much as you wanted. The shuttle driver was very pleasant and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about Lisbon and made sitting in traffic more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!"
