"They gave us a wrong room with shared bathroom so we had to stay for one night not two, no staff at night or at check in. Other rooms are great and good people. Need a refund for the cancelled night. "

"We had a great stay here and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and environment. The design and aesthetic is gorgeous! The staff are exceptional - kind, helpful and friendly. We had minor issues during our stay like A/C not working the last 2 days and the staff did what they could to help rectify the issue. Though it was not fixed before we checked out, the effort was greatly appreciated. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again! "
