"Lovely place to stay, beach perfect for the dogs and people all very friendly. Accommodation good, could have been much better with a welcome pack! The steps were a challenge, I consider myself quite fit but 74steps to climb with luggage not easy, added to which my husband scraped his car on the hand rail while trying to park on the tricky slope. The views were amazing from the deck as expected."

"Fantastic property on a very well maintained site. Over 100 chalets on site but it never felt too busy. Bar and restaurant on site also, food can be ordered online which is then delivered to your door. Only 5 mins from perrenporth and at Agnes beaches."

"Love the location … for the obvious and some personal reasons. The description of this property is spot on. You couldn’t wish for a more perfect location and the overall space is wonderful. Yes, the building is tired and the general standard of fixtures, fittings and furnishing isn’t what you would expect for the cost. "It was a little tricky to find initially as we arrived in the dark. The Barn has been tastefully furnished an absolute stylish kitchen and living area with lots of room. It was spotless. The bedrooms were of a good size. The only negative were the beds. They were ok but having a bad back and shoulder I do need a good mattress that supports. I do not sleep well with a bed too hard or bouncy. The outside area is lovely , however due to being away for most of the weekend and than rain we did not...

The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely love to return next year. The 5 star review really doesn't do the property justice.
