"Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The lighting was not great, especially in the bathroom, maybe because the tiles on the walls are black? The pool was great as long as it was before noon. We didn’t realize the hotel was also student housing which made for a different experience. Not as relaxing as we expected. Overall it was a clean nice hotel, about a 15 -20 minute walk to the city center."

"Everything was wonderful from booking this beautiful hotel to having 2 amazing nights here for our 40th wedding anniversary. The staff were excellent - we were treated to a room upgrade with large balcony and a bottle of Brut. The only sad point was leaving."

"Beautiful hotel and great staff. There was construction on our side, so they provided us a free bottle of Chianti wine. It was an amazing experience. The only negative was the service in the roof top lounge. We only managed to have 1 round until we were about to walk out after waiting about 49 minutes for the next round. They were not busy."

"The staff at this hotel was wonderful and the rooms were nice and comfortable. We paid in advance for the breakfast, which was very well stocked and delicious. The location was extremely convenient and safe as it was close to a bus stop and just a couple of blocks from the main train station where we could catch public transit anywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Parking was available for 25 Euros per day, but we prepaid for parking for 10 Euros per day at Parccegio Via Belfiore which was only 2 blocks north of the hotel and very convenient."
