"When checking in I was told there is breakfast from 6pm to 8am and there was no breakfast the room was closed. There were allot of people who lived at the hotel and the hotel was poorly managed. Not so clean and very noisy."

"From breakfast to the bar to the pool, everything was perfect. The housekeeping staff were amazing so respectful, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. My kids got to make s’mores in the back and we even had a small BBQ, which made the stay extra special. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The only downside was one girl bartender and two front desk guys who came off a bit rude maybe they were having a rough week but aside from that, everything else was wonderful."

"The hotel room had bedbugs. My son got 4 bites in a line. The room was so cold, there was no heat. No blankets, only sheets. The lights stopped working and some of the outlets stopped working too. The fast food places are also horrible and so is the parking. The only nice thing about it was the water park, but I would never stay there again!"
