"Everyone was very kind, food was good. Atmosphere great with the locals but the only thing I have to complain is how outdated the resort looks compared to the pictures online. Online everything looks amazing and new and thats not the case also the room air conditioning was horrible first night room was so hot even after we called to have someone fix it, we also asked the next day we were told someone would come up and no one ever did."

"Great property, perfect for a couple Beautiful views from the balcony Swimming Pools was clean, the garden areas well maintained, not many people when I stayed.Which was perfect for us you can walk right out to the beach from the property! The food in the restaurant was excellent! Can’t wait to come back!"

"Enjoyed my stay at Grand Venetian condo in PV in April. The condo was described as listed in VRBO and the amenities of the property were outstanding. There were a couple of issues that were resolved very quickly by the condo owner and she was very responsive to any inquiries. I would like to come back and visit PV in the near future and hope to rent this condo if it is available. I would strongly recommend this property for its value and location."

"The condo is on an excellent location. The view of the bay is incredible. I noticed pros and cons of the property.Pros: the location is great and well kept facilities. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook anything (like we did a couple days).the complex is next door to a shopping mall with high end stores (who wants to go to the beach to spend the day shopping?) not me .Cons: the access to the pool and beach is only allowed for all inclusive guests. You need to purchase the pass for access to use the pool or beach for 107.00 dollars a day. We had the option to buy daily pass if you want to have breakfast/lunch/dinner. Also the all inclusive will give you the right to use their parking lot if you are driving like we did.The A/C of the condo could be better. The distribution of the air is not evenly provided. In summer time it will be hot.Overall is not a bad choice."

"I really liked this place. Air conditioning was nice, super convenient beach access and any store you might need in walking distance. Comfortable, hot water in the showers, beach equipment provided. They gave us a brochure for relevant destinations.Check in was incredibly easy. "
