The toilet didn’t work two nights. The shower did t work the AM I left and they made me get a new night so I could shower after checkout time. Shower didn’t work when I woke up. Their hallway and staircase is broiling hot. They never show up to fix the safe, toilet, shower

Great location for a 10 day workcation! Coworking space in the building was comfortable for zoom calls and desk work for full 8 hour day. Pool and roof deck was clean, inviting and peaceful. Rooms were clean. Nice linens and pillows. Staff was excellent - from the front desk to cleaning services. Very professional and personable. Location was near laundry (across the street), convenience stores (7-11 and Tiendas Six) a block away. Great local restaurants (best pizza at Pizza at Playa del Carmen at Calle 20 Nte and 10 Avenida Nte) and even a grocery store (Soriana and a Walmart) 10 minute walk. Easy to get taxis at the corner if you don't want to walk or staff will call one for you. Highly recommend booking here. Would definitely book again.

It is centrally located, near groceries, banks, and shipping. All in easy walkable distance. The staff was courteous. Edgardo, the consierge Manager was very helpfu. I will sta there again. Recommended. l

Great apartment! The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked exceptionally well, and the apartment was very clean. It was just a short walk to the main strip, and close to amenities like a grocery store, the beach, and a hospital. The kitchen was convenient for preparing meals, and the balcony was a beautiful spot to relax at any time of day. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The location was close to all my favorite restaurants and right next to Mega and Walmart. The front desk was always helpful as well. The only drawbacks we noticed were that the hallways were pretty hot and the shower could've had more pressure. Other than that everything was good. Check-out the rooftop pool if you have time. It was perfect. I'd definately come back.

The reception employees were great. The blazing heat in the hallways will probably keep me away. Take a shower and immediately start sweating when exiting.

overall it was a nice stay, the roof top area is definitely a highlight. negatives, there is no ac in the hallways, stairs or elevator. you'll be sweating on the way out or in to your room. housekeeping does not replace sheets, you'll need to pay extra for it. the safe in our room wasn't working and they did nothing to fix it.

Very modern and nice, clean rooms. Quiet area, pleasant staff. Nice rooftop pool. Enjoyed having a kitchen. Easy, level ground walkable (we’re seniors). It’s Mx, water pressure can be problematic, street parking was ok, muy barata. Restaurants, markets all close. Fifth Ave close. Beach close. Great bargain find!! Will definitely stay again.

Very nice property located 2 blocks from our favorite breakfast place Choux Choux Café and 15 mins walk from Playa Mamitas. Staff was friendly and took care of two issues we had promptly. Walls are thin so we could hear noises and voices that woke us up around midnight. Pool area is beautiful! Jacuzzi needed more water to do what is supposed to do. We felt safe and walked everywhere.
