  • Relax in a stylish apartment on a quiet street, just minutes from Playa del Carmen’s beach and vibrant 5th Avenue. The condo features elevator access, private parking, and a stunning rooftop with panoramic ocean views—perfect for sunrises or sunset cocktails.

    A safe and welcoming neighborhood just minutes from the beach, perfect for relaxing strolls, coastal living, and easy access to local shops and cafe.

    Although you'll be within walking distance from lots of attractions, bicycles are great to go experience Playa. For out of town adventures like going to the Mayan Ruins, Tulum, Cenotes, etc., I'd recommend renting a car. (there's parking space in the building)
