    - Groceries and cleaning supplies are not included. There is a 7-Eleven at the resort exit and supermarkets nearby.
    - Resort entry is by QR code for every registered guest, so please include everyone (kids too) in your booking.
    - Check-in 3 pm, check-out 11 am.
    - No smoking indoors, no pets, no parties.

Very good but needs addt’l touches to be great

Beautiful property and nice, quiet neighborhood. For such a beautiful home, I would have expected some basics like cleaning supplies, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, also salt/pepper, oils for cooking, etc. The water was not safe drinking water and purifier made it taste salinated and terrible. Also, showers need to be cleaned better as they are full of mold. Pool needed to be cleaned and the nearby gym equipment was all broken. The transportation system to the beach does not include this property, so you need to be able to walk the 15 minute walk to the beach. All amenities from the resort are not available without additional fees. A little more disclosure and supply of basics would bring this up to a 5- star.

Four weeks in Paradise

This lovely, modern, large, airy villa felt like home. The pool is refreshing, the nature spectacular. The entire resort offers beautiful places to relax, play water sports, golf, participate in cooking classes, yoga, volleyball, on and on. We enjoyed entertainment daily, walks on the beach, swimming in cenote's, exploring nearby towns and best of all, having a house to come home to day after day. We're so happy we discovered this gem.
