As Seen On HGTV's Mexico Life, Beautiful Beachfront Condo In Akumal

  • Nahil is an ultra modern beachfront condo complex that was completed in January 2016. You are within walking distance to arguably the best beach bars and restaurants in all of Akumal. Nahil is a chic modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo situated on Akumal's Half Moon Bay. It offers million dollar views from every room and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, private balconies overlooking the Caribbean and jungle, and is only steps away from the pool and beach.

    At Nahil you get to enjoy a semi-private beach, a swimming pool, and access to some of the clearest, liveliest waters for snorkeling and/or diving. The next bay over is Akumal Bay, famous for its sea turtles that you can swim with all year round.

    Living Space:

    Large living area with a comfortable sectional couch and a flat screen smart TV.
    Dining and bar space for 10 people.
    Outdoor dining table for 6 as well as comfortable beach view seating.
    Kitchen with all the modern amenities.
    Includes a large refrigerator and freezer, gas burning stove and oven, a coffee maker, and fully appointed kitchen for cooking.
