Casa Cascada: This exquisite vacation home is nestled within Playacar Phase I, an exclusive gated community. A short walk through ancient Maya ruins takes you to the beach, while a 10-minute stroll leads to the vibrant heart of downtown Playa del Carmen.

This three-story bungalow offers an array of amenities. The ground floor boasts a spacious living room, dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. It opens up to a private garden area complete with a small pool and a charming waterfall. The middle floor features a private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and access to a wrap-around terrace with a hammock and comfortable lounge chairs overlooking the pool and lush gardens. Additionally, there's a cozy sitting area on this level.

The top floor showcases another bedroom with a generously sized bathroom and a private deck with ocean views. The rooftop is thoughtfully designed for relaxation, providing a 180-degree vista of the turquoise Caribbean waters during the day and stunning jungle sunsets in the evening.

Beautiful home, perfect location, serene, in the jungle, walking distance to the beach.

Best of both worlds, beautiful serene jungle setting, and the beach only minutes away. The neighborhood the homes located in is private, quiet, and perfect.
