The place was very nice. I would have given the place 5 stars, but there was difficulty/confusion on gaining access and there was some messages after we left about using too much electricity that left me uneasy.

Best Week Ever

I couldn't have asked for a better location! The house was perfect, beautifully maintained and wonderfully appointed. The beds and rooms were comfortable. The area right outside the complex feels like a garden - cobblestone street winding around old large trees. There are a few restaurants and an Oxxo across the street, making everything super convenient for meals or supplies. The complex has a golf cart that will take you to the entrance of 5th Avenue, and you can walk to the beach from the same spot. What a great house!

Beautiful Week at AWA

My husband and I had a beautiful week at AWA and grateful that we were able to stay in this beautifully decorated and comfortable 3 bedroom with rooftop. Thanks to Erica for all of her attention to detail and terrific communication throughout our stay. We have stayed at many properties and I must say that AWA although a larger complex was peaceful and private. The owner's of this property are in great hands with Erica. She goes above and beyond to make certain you are happy. Thank you for a lovely week. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again.
