Designed by renowned Mexican architecture firm Legorreta, this 3-story villa can host up to 22 guests across four spacious suites, each with ensuite baths and private terraces. A favorite for groups — big spaces, big rooms, and plenty of room to gather.
The rooftop is the showstopper: panoramic ocean views, a 12ft x 12ft plunge pool, daybeds, bar, BBQ, and dining area — guests` favorite part of the villa. Downstairs, enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, indoor dining table, TV lounge, and two inviting patios for coffee or drinks.
Enjoy full access to the entire villa, including the rooftop. Elevate your stay with optional services: private chef, daily cleaning, pre-stocking, and breakfast (fees apply). Our concierge is available throughout your stay to help with transport, tours, and restaurant reservations — reachable anytime by message. Complimentary bag storage is available for early arrivals or late departures.

The main guest must provide valid ID and copies of all guests` IDs.

Guests can be added or removed before check-in. No refunds for guest changes after check-in.
Max 6 external (non-overnight) guests allowed. Total guests at DTV must never exceed 30.
Stained or damaged towels or linens will incur a replacement fee.
Smoking is not allowed inside suites. $200 cleaning fee per suite if violated.
$200 cleaning fee applies for urine, vomit, or similar accidents.
BBQ must be cleaned after use. $75 fee applies if left dirty.
Events (weddings, gatherings, etc.) require prior approval and a fee.
No refunds for service outages (internet, water, power, gas) beyond our control.
Maintenance is ongoing. No refunds for equipment issues (e.g., A/C), but we’ll resolve them ASAP.
A security guard is not guaranteed.
