  • Beautiful and comfortable apartment located on 30th Avenue, ideal for couples, families, business travelers, and digital nomads looking for comfort and a prime location in Playa del Carmen.

    Recently renovated and surrounded by local shops, cafés, and essential services, the apartment is just a short walk from the beach and the famous 5th Avenue. Enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of the city while staying in a comfortable and well-connected area with easy access to the main attractions.

    The location allows you to explore everything on foot while experiencing the true local vibe of Playa del Carmen.

    Important Information:
    On Sundays, from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., a traditional local market (tianguis) takes place on 54th Street, from 30th Avenue to 10th Avenue. It’s a great opportunity to experience local culture and find fresh products and handmade goods.
    If you are renting a vehicle, we recommend parking it on 52nd Street starting Saturday night to avoid any inconvenience during market hours.
