Bad choise for all

Very old building and equipment. But Internet access. The breakfast was the most bad than i saw. U friendly staff. The reception only few hours. All the foto are fotoshot. Far from central. No soap, shampo and towers in the room. I ask and bring me soap and 1 tower only

La alberca muuuuuuuy sucia, la gente que atiende muy grosera, no son mexicanos y se creen dios, el desayuno que dan no es suficiente y si preguntas o pides más mantequilla te dicen que raspes el papel por qué ya no traerán, ni servilletas te dan, son muy groseros

There was a flood in my hotel they did not do anything about it my clothes was wet the pool was filled with dirty water television was not working air conditioning was not working they changed us to another room we had the same situation going on I decided to call Expidia that same night I emailed them some pictures and proof that the pictures Expidia has online for this hotel and information was not the reality I saw when I got there it was terrible do not waste your money going to the coconut hotel boutique It was the worst experience in Mexico service was horrible !!!!!! Maintenance was horrible everything about this hotel was horrible !!!!

Average but only a one night stay!

The hotel was very hard to find. The bedroom was basic but for one night you can’t complain especially for the price. However the bathroom is we’re it really let you down. The toilet wouldn’t flush, there was no running water and it was very dated. Reception staff was friendly enough and the free WiFi was average. Overall for the price it’s not all bad but you couldn’t stay for longer than a night until they fix their shower and toilet issues.

Nous avions réservés pour 11 nuits et sommes partis au bout de la 4ème et avons réservés ailleurs ! Les photos sont trompeuses ! Je pense que certains commentaires sont effacés car je ne vois que des commentaires positif ce n’est pas possible..d’ailleurs celui ci sera peut être effacé.. Alors commençons par le commencement, il n’y a AUCUNE insonorisation ! Alors si vous voulez dormir, passez votre chemin ! Vous entendez absolument tout, tout résonne.. Premièrement, la rue.. comment dire.. en ‘ construction’ , elle n’est pas rassurante du tout et des chiens errants se battent et hurlent toute la nuit .. bref passons ça encore.. Les chambres sont archi humides et empestent le renfermés, l’humidité.. la notre n’avait pas de fenêtres juste 2 toutes petites en hauteur dont une impossible à atteindre.. nous arrivons dans la chambre, un cafard dans la douche ! Sympa ! Enfin si nous pouvons appeler ça une douche.. aucune pression, pommeau de douche cassé et salle de bain inondé à Chaque fois ! N’oubliez pas vos tongs pour vous déplacer car le sol est sale, humide.. la clim fuyée sur le lit, nos vêtements sentaient le moisi ! De plus si vous voulez que l’on vous change vos draps de douche ainsi que draps tout court il faudra le réclamer ! Même le tapis de bain trempé n’etait pas changé ! Et mieux vaut ne pas attraper la tourista car le papier Wc est au compte gouttes.. la musique est jusqu’a 23h, on entend toutes les conversations.. bref juste un conseil.. à fuir !

Precio-calidad que supera las expectativas...

En general un agradable y bonito lugar que supera las expectativas, instalaciones en muy buen estado, personal muy amable. Un buen precio. El único detalle es que no cuentan con estacionamiento, por lo demás esta muy bien incluso la ubicación, aunque claro es que no esta cerca del centro de playa del carmen, acceder a este es muy fácil ya que a media cuadra puedes tomar transporte publico que te lleve ahí.

La estancia estuvo bien, es un hotel muy básico el servicio es bueno, la limpieza pues no la calificaría tan buena ya que solo me hicieron una vez y pues no me pareció que solo fuera una vez de tres noches, la atención fue muy buena eso ayuda bastante.

I was pleasently surprised at how beautiful this place was for how cheap the room was. The staff were so helpful, the area was within walking distance to bus stops, restaurants, 5th ave, the Cozumel ferry...it was perfect

BEWARE DO NOT STAY!!!!! SCAM!!!!!

DO NOT STAY!!!!!! the lady who runs the hotel is a total scam artist!!! i couldn't read all reviews until now and i wish i did! because i would never have stayed. she tried the same thing with me about asking for extra money at check in, then claimed i owed $50 in damages for broken plates.. i recorded the room on my phone as proof that there was no damages and then she came to demand money and i have her on camera saying i broke them and then changing her story saying the damages were for towels left on the floor... she was a total nightmare from the second we got there. was always trying to find a way to make us pay $50 cash. she lashed out at my boyfriend and almost broke his phone because we wouldn't pay her cash. we were also told it was pet friendly and said online it was pets stay free then also tried to charge $20 a day for 6 days on top of the booking when i had proof if was free. my dog is a service dog and she said he needed to be in a cage or couldn't stay but who travels with a cage for service dogs?!? the place smelt like mold and mildew. paper thin walls. most UNCOMFORTABLE bed ever. this is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I'm filing an official complaint as she harassed my boyfriend and i so badly that we had to leave half way through our stay. she also let her self in our room while we weren't there and would knock on our door every day to ask for money for something else. DO NOT RISK STAYING HERE!!!!
