Great Location

Great location only a few blocks from 5th ave with great dinning options nearby. Scenic roof top pool that was never busy and security onsite in the evenings. Enjoyed my stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at Amy’s place. we come to Playa fairly often and have never stayed at the same place twice but we love the location and the balcony overlooking Avenue CTM

Fantastic!

we loved everything about this apartment. The balcony overlooking CatM Avenue was great. the street isn’t too busy but adds some interest when sitting on the balcony. the location is a little farther North than we usually stay (we’ve been to PDC approx 15 times over the past 30 years), but very walkable to Mamitas, 5th avenue, grocery stores and restaurants. The pictures are very representative of the property. we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and the kitchenette provides adequate space for preparation of meals. Fridge was a little noisy though. Very good air conditioning and ceiling fans. Wifi was good as well. Roof top pool, and multiple lounge areas provided nice areas to spend time. Host Amy responded to requests in a reasonable time and was very helpful. Thank you Amy! Location is near many restaurants, fruterias, pharmacies and convenience stores and delicious street food. One restaurant across the street offers live music which does end by 10 pm. A busy street but the cooling sound of the air conditioning helps with that. Balcony is a great place to sit and take in the action on Calle 46 Norte/CTM near 15th. Short walk to beach and 5th Ave. All major groceries stores within 15-20 min walking distance. Very close to the flea market setup on Sundays. Worth a visit! We liked the location, it’s away from the tourist areas so less crowds. Note though, if you are wanting to be near Calle 42/Avenida 1 Norte as suggested on VRBO, it is not.

Nice studio at good price.

I stayed here for a month, and it was great. Good kitchen with plates, pots, stove, refrigerador, and utensils. Strong shower and Hot Water. Fast wifi Internet. Awesome rooftop pool with ocean views. Amy and Flor were great!

Personne pour recevoir .A donné les information durant qu on était dans l avion alors aucune information n était possible puis qu on avait internet a ce moment a notre arrivé .Elle s est jamais deplacé.au niveau de l accueil 0 .,Chien accepté dans l immeuble Tres bruillant pour dormir ,pour ce qui est du reste c est moyen
