Quiet and quaint! Little cabana in the jungle. Staff was amazing and it was our first stop after airport for a night. Would go back for sure. Google map directions are not great. Just look for the km markers and turn left when you see sign for Maroma resort. There is a hamburger stop and location is on the left!

Good stay. The hotel is well maintained, the garden is beautiful. Rooms are spacious. There is an affordable restaurant nearby. There is no access to the nearby hotel beaches unless you buy a day pass, so you will need a car to go to the closest public beach. This is overall a good value! If you use Google maps to get there, coming from Tulum, take the exit before the one Google maps is showing you.

No tiene playa, TENÍA... ahora esta abandonada y muy sucia. Algunos días no tuvimos agua caliente, el desayuno continental aunque es mínimo no fue lo mejor.... Tal vez volvería pero solo un fin de semana y no todas mis vacaciones. Lindo y tranquilo para quien busca desconectarse.

Muy buena opción!

El lugar es agradable, muchas vegetación muy bien cuidada y la habitación con lo suficiente y sobre todo tranquila a pesar de la cercanía con la carretera que conecta Cancún con Tulum. La comida del restaurante es muy buena, precios accesibles y la panadería estupenda, el café delicioso! Lo que si quedan a deber es el acceso a la playa, se suponen que todas las playas con públicas, sin embargo no se puede entrar a playa Maroma a menos que pagues un "Day Pass" a alguno de los hoteles que estan frente al mar, considero que el hotel al estar tan cerca y además dado que el dueño del hotel Amarte tambien tiene un hotel frente a playa Maroma debería asegurarle a sus huéspedes el acceso a la playa y que los consumos en su otro hotel corran por parte del huesped, claro está!

Relaxing, off the beaten Path, place to get away.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in a great setting. Omar and Montserrat (?sp) were so friendly and helpful, I didn't have a question that couldn't be answered. The hammocks on the porch were one of my favorite places to enjoy coffee while the kids slept-in. It's funny, the Burger Stop, was excellent Mexican food. We didn't even have burgers.

Amazing Tranquil "Jungle" Bungalow Villa

The hotel was beautiful!! The hotel grounds are surrounded by greenery and it feels like a small tropical paradise. The rooms were very clean and very cute. The hammocks in the front entrance ways were a nice touch as well. Check-in/out was a breeze and we also got complimentary cocktails as well! Hotel staff was so friendly and helpful, also the 2 doggos they had in the lobby were sweethearts! They also had resident kittens on property that were wandering around the grounds. Highly recommend this place and will come back here in the future.

Très bel hotel avec des petites cahutes perdues dans la nature ! Un environnement apaisant et super agréable ! Intimité et luxuriance caractérise cet hotel. Les chambres sont propres, agréables et confortables. Belle piscine extérieure, personnel efficace. Situé le long de la route entre Cancun et Playa del Carmen, il permet d'accéder rapidement aux sites majeurs de la région. Mais... le long de la route, il est forcément bruyant ! On entend le trafic routier incessant, à toute heure. Il faut savoir occulter ce paramètre pour profiter pleinement de l'évasion et du cadre de cet hotel.

So friendly, i loved the openness of the resort and the pools. They had a great continental breakfast and i enjoyed sitting by the pool and petting the cats and dogs they have on the property. Everyone was so patient and helpful with me.
