# Important Information

## Eco-Friendly Utility Fees

To maintain competitive nightly rates and encourage responsible energy and water consumption, utilities are not included in the base price.

Consumption is calculated at check-out based on actual meter readings:

## Check-in & Late Arrivals

Standard check-in is available until 10:00 PM.

Arrivals after 10:00 PM must be arranged in advance before booking and are subject to a 50 EUR late arrival fee.

## Identification & Security Deposit

For security purposes, a valid photo ID is required for all registered guests.

A refundable security deposit of 500 EUR is required before check-in.

The deposit will be fully returned after check-out, following the inspection of the property and confirmation that everything is in good condition.
