"We had a great stay here. We stayed 1 night, and were impressed with the service as well as the cleanliness and calmness of the room. It's definitely worth upgrading to the select side. You have extra pools that are quiet, a separate area in the buffet restaurant to eat, as well as the use of a coffee shop. The food was decent. We stayed in September and only 1 a la carte restaurant (the Mexican) was open but it was very good. The beach is beautiful and the sea is calm, you don't feel like you're in the middle of sosua. Wifi in every area also. We didn't know that you have to check out of your room at 12noon but you actually have until 3pm to use the facilities. We would definitely come back."

"There are two parts to my review. The first part is for the host and house manager. The host was very responsive and communicated clearly, he provided clear instructions on steps to ensure smooth entry into the country and connected me to the house manager. The house manager was also very responsive and answered all questions we had. She connected with a Taxi driver who was extremely nice and drove us to numerous destinations throughout the trip.The 2nd part of my review is on the apartment. I had very high expectations for this apartment but was greatly disappointed! There were spiders, cobwebs, cockroaches, and other insects crawling on the dining table! I had to purchase a repellent spray "Raid" to kill the unwanted guest! We all had to keep our bags zipped to prevent transporting roches back to our house. One of the bathrooms had a horrible smell so we only used 2 of the bathrooms. There also wasn't anything to do at the property besides the pool and beach. Overall, I will not recommend this apartment due to its cleanliness."
