"The hotel was very comfortable. Of course there a few cons like the elevators, during my stay I heard stories from those who got stuck in there. Thank God that was not my experience, but I was definitely afraid it would happen to me, especially the red elevators, a little bit of a wait and they're all very shaky. Other than that the gym was great & clean! There was even someone doing maintenance on the machines while I was there. The carpets make it very hard to pull luggages, but you'll get over it. The pool area was clean, seating is limited tho."

"We had a great stay at Mandalay Bay resort during our family spring break trip. Room was clean and had a large bathroom. Floor to ceiling windows faced north at the strip. There was plenty of closet space. Two chairs in the room were a bit worn out but served well as luggage racks. I wish the TV had smart features that allowed to sign-in to streaming services. A small fridge was filled with sensor activated drink options, but unfortunately no room left to add anything of our own. Only crushed ice was available in the vending machine area, and the dispenser was very slow. We could only find one water refill station at the gym. The resort relies heavily on plastic water bottles. All staff that we encountered were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast at CITIZENS restaurant was amazing, we ate there 3 times! Location of this resort is just right outside the airport but without the airport noise. Lobby and Casino main floor is impressive and can be a bit busy at times but never crowded with plenty of elevators to take you where you need to go. The pool area is vast and kept the kids occupied. The Shark Reef Aquarium is worth a visit as well. The DEUCE double decker bus stop is just outside the resort. Self-parking was also convenient when we eventually rented a car. Mandalay Bay is a great home base for the strip and all the surrounding area attractions. Red Rock Canyon and the Valley of Fire State Park are a must see!"

"The check-in process was very bad. We had to stand in line for over 30 minutes. The parking fee payment system didn’t work well either. It was not very clear."

"I’ve been going to Vegas since the 70’s and have stayed at all sorts of hotels, never the Excalibur. This was the first time, and oh my!! The beds are amazing, checking in well, not so well on the kiosk, but I’m not technically inclined on how and why it didn’t work, so I checked in on the front desk and the “young” lady was very helpful. We at at Dicks….food was excellent, personal over the top, but I wouldn’t advise kids under 18….but we had a blast!!!"

"The first room had some issues that were addressed and they relocated us to a different room. They state they charge for "deep cleaning" when a pet has been in the room when they do not clean efficiently when anyone else has been in the room prior. Your site stated a different fee for pets and now it has been changed. This is not a good service."
