"The hotel was in good shape a little dated. The atrium was a nice touch with the nightly fountain and light show. Gambling areas were relaxed and low stakes which I like. Several amenities unavailable. Area around hotel not the best. For the price, i was pleased. Room was good size and comfortable "

"As we previously discussed there could have been several improvements in communication and overall efficiency of the property. The refund for the first night is appreciated but it doesn't outweigh the inconveniences experienced by my guests and I. We are easy going and don't require much so it doesn't feel good to have to constantly ask for updates or just basic communication in a timely manner. "
