"The check in process was bad they have the self checking machines are useless when you go try to do self check in just to be sent back to line to get checked in the agent they wait time was 40 minutes another factor is people like to chitchat instead instead of speeding the check in process that's bad"

Don’t expect the continental breakfast to be a breakfast buffet; it’s a standard prepared breakfast on a plate: fruitbowl, croissant, muffin, pecan bread, cooked egg, coffee/juice."

"The first room had some issues that were addressed and they relocated us to a different room. They state they charge for "deep cleaning" when a pet has been in the room when they do not clean efficiently when anyone else has been in the room prior. Your site stated a different fee for pets and now it has been changed. This is not a good service."
