"Beds seemed fine at first but actually they were really worn out and you sank into them. There was red paint or blood or stains all over the carpet and fold out sofa. Staff was not very friendly and huffed and puffed over giving us extra towels even though we are a family of 6 who booked the largest room and didn't have enough towels. They were also a little rude about us using the pool late even though we were told it was open till 10. Breakfast was very okay. It's a big hotel with a lot of people. Breakfast was busy and the area was too small. 3 hot options, waffles and bread and cereal. Overall I would have expected better for what we paid. It was good enough but for good enough I could have paid $40-$50 less somewhere else."
