Noise: this home is on the corner of Silver & Richmond so you may hear some traffic noise. In addition, it connects to the main house where the owners live. Ear plugs and sound machines provided

The complex is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

Parking: free parking under carport in the front. Free street parking on a first come first serve basis. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) and the parking company for use of the parking lot. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.

City trash collection: Guest may be asked to help take city trash/recycling to street and back.

Starter Supplies: We provide starter supply of guest consumables only, anything additional will need to be purchased.

Nice cozy spot; beautifully remodeled in historic house. The kitchen was very nice and functioned well, with everything we needed. Responsive host. Would stay here again!

Simple comfort

Perfect place for our situation. We were visiting family, so weren't there much. We only needed a fridge, table and place to sleep. There is no couch, though televisions are in the bedroom and kitchen. Roomy spaces, great central location and nice neighborhood. We would certainly stay here again.

I came down for a tennis sectional tournament. The room was very nice and clean. Bed was too soft for my liking and the shower had a pipe leak. Nice size tv in the room and nice size fridge. I was out for most of the day at tennis so the room was adequate. Did not get to walk around or see the nightlife. I would stay here again!
