Other things to note Camera installed outside (this is the only camera) - we use this to monitor guest count and for security purposes.
Large Garbage container located behind the complex
Possibility for noise - apartments are part of an 8plex. Typical neighbor noise is expected as with any apartment living.
Low Flow Toilets - do not flush anything other than small amounts of toilet paper
Air conditioner - please do not run temp lower than 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The compressor can easily freeze causing damage or HOT air to blow in.
The complex is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest and unfortunately the mice try to sneak inside when the weather turns cold. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
Parking space is available as directed in the check-in guide. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Neighborhood overview We love the historic feel and the charm that Old Town delivers. It's always enjoyable to slow down and spend time strolling through the square and the numerous shops and restaurants available. We feel perfectly safe walking around Old Town both day and night, just sticking to the immediate blocks around the plaza, and around Rio Grande Blvd. Going from Central towards Downtown does have some isolated stretches so it is recommended to use common safety sense as you would in any big city.

The apartment itself was nice, and we appreciated conveniences like the washer/dryer, spices and kitchen essentials being available already. However there was mold in multiple places in the shower and the smell lead to us not showering as much as we would have otherwise. Would have been a 5/5 but 3/5 due to the mold being so bad.
Property as described, fantastic location within easy access to Old Town. The kitchen/dining room are small but adequate. I would gladly stay here again!
My sister and I needed a place to stay close to the hospital. The location was convenient. We also needed to extend the stay and the process was easy. Overall, the apartment was exactly as advertised and we were thankful.
Everything was great. There were 3 of us, and it worked perfect. The kitchen is a little small, but it worked fine. Location is amazing. I will definitely add this location to my favorites.

Great location to walk to Old Town Albuquerque!! Property is very clean and comfortable. Easy Uber ride to other areas in Albuquerque. Highly recommend this property!!!
We stayed for a short family trip and enjoyed the space! The bed in the main bedroom has the most comfortable mattress- we were all very cozy and pleased! Thank you!
This property and hosts fit our needs perfectly. Location, security, local knowledge, the apartment were all just exactly what we needed. Thinking about booking it again next year!
Great location, Old Town across the street. Surprisingly quiet despite being on busy street. Very well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
This was our second stay in this apartment, we liked it so much we came back. The apartment is clean & comfortable, parking is easy and Taryn is easy to communicate with. The location is great! Walk to Old Town & a quick ride to I 40. Highly recommended.
The Old Town property was perfect for everything we needed. It is conveniently located and has all the features we could ever want or need. Communication with the property owners and their representatives was seamless. We will definitely stay again!
The check-in process went smoothly, the apartment was clean. It was not a luxurious stay but adequate. The neighborhood was an interesting mix of economically depressed and semi-affluent. It is right across the street from Old Town which is a bonus. Overall, a just outside of downtown feel to the neighborhood.
Great place to stay for all things Old Town and anything in Albuquerque
We stayed for a weekend event at Hotel Albuquerque and it was great, a safe walking distance to the hotel. Quiet and clean with all the comforts of home. Bedrooms are separated by the living area so my friends couldn't hear me snore!
We had friends in 2 other units in the complex and had fun visiting back and forth.
We'll defiantly be back!
Excellent location. Nicely decorated. Has all the nice things you'd need at home. The Keurig and coffee pods were a nice touch. We were a party of three female friends and safety was not an issue but more lighting in the courtyard would be nice. If we visit New Mexico again we would definitely pick this place.
Taryn is a great host - incredible attention to detail! She put ear plugs in each bedroom and even a white noise machine. I travel with one. The space was clean and nice. Great location to so many fun things. Would stay here again. Thank you Taryn!

Convenient apartment for family
We stayed for 2 nights and found that the apartment worked well for our family of 4. The amenities of a full kitchen and laundry were helpful. The location was great, just across the road from the old town. The things we wish were better were the cleanliness of the apartment and better beds. Unfortunately the bed frames made for very squeeky beds, making it difficult for a light sleeper. Overall we would recommend the property but wish some more money was put into maintaining the apartment.
This apartment was in the perfect location to park your car and walk to Old Town Albuquerque. We explored that whole area with its cute shops and restaurants. It was also very easy to get to the Park & Ride location for the Balloon Fiesta along with being a short 10 minute ride to the airport. If you're looking for a comfortable, low cost option to explore the area for two couples, this is the place to be. We enjoyed our time here as well as the delicious balloon themed cookies & pins the host left for us. What a nice touch to commemorate our time here!
When I arrived I was welcomed with a beautiful view of the Sandia Mountains and a clean apartment with very comfortable beds. The rental had more than I expected from games to play, television entertainment, and a wonderful gathering space in the kitchen facing the mountains. A great place to sip coffee and chat with loved ones. One of the bedrooms also had the Mountain View. Also, right across the street is famous Old Town full of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place. The owner made sure all our needs were met by checking in with us. Thank you Taryn!
We rarely stay in anything other than a hotel, but I am so glad we chose this apartment. After having traveled three days in the car and hotel rooms with two teens, we were all ready for some extra space! The building was in the Old Town style, which was lovely. It is located directly across from Old Town, so we didn’t have to get into our car to go walk around the shops, ice cream parkours, live music, restaurants, etc. The apartment was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches such as a noise machine in the bedroom, fluffy pillows, and Roku. The stand up shower was super tiny, but we were able to manage okay. The host was easy to talk to and very thorough with check-in instructions. If traveling to Albuquerque again, we will definitely stay here.
This apartment is in a wonderful location. Directly across from Old Town, you have walking distance access to cafes, shops, restaurants, and bars. Very short drive to some great local breweries. The apartment itself is very clean. It is not fancy, but it provides more than basic accommodations. Well stocked kitchen with refrigerator, and it was so convenient having the washer/dryer. My only “complaint” is that the shower is very small so if you are anything other than an average size person it would be pretty tight. There is shower gel and shampoo but no hair conditioner so pack some if you need it. Overall, it was perfect for us and we will definitely return.
Location to old town was brilliant.Easy parking. The apartment was very well equipped and thoughtful touches such as ear plugs and sound machine in front bedroom as road can be noisy. Really useful having a washer /dryer
