"We were only here for a day, but we really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was quite nice and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed all the art on the wall, all of which was made by the host. We even bought one! The view from the backyard was beautiful. We met the host, who was very, very friendly. It was great having covered parking for the night. All in all, we really enjoyed our short stay."

"The backyard is gorgeous. The photos do not do it justice! It is dog friendly and the owner told us that we could walk the dog off leash in the arroyo but we did not have time. Just remember to read the amenities noted. There is no TV or microwave (has toaster oven)."

"We liked the location and was within walking distance to shopping and dining. It was older adobe structure which we liked. What we didn’t like was marginally safe electric outlets and main door locks. The outlets were poorly maintained and hung loose. The door locks need to be updated and strengthened. Another item that needs to be addressed is that the property was advertised as an efficiency there was no sink in the “kitchen” area. We had to haul water from the bathroom to wash dishes and...

"The space is what we thought it would be and was great. We loved the back area especially since the adjoining renters were awesome. We had a great kitchen. Could do laundry and a spacious bathroom. We were within walking distance of all we wanted to do."

"April 2024 - We had a great time in NM. I was there for a conference and was able to stay the week. The rental was just as pictured and described within in walking distance of Old Town and many other attractions. We could go to Santa Fe, Turquoise Trail, Jemez Scenic Byway, hot springs, Acoma Pueblo tours, Valle de Caldera, Bandelier, El Morro, Sandia Mountain Tramway, etc. The weather was amazing! We would stay again."
