About this property

Beautiful 1bd In the Mountains on the outskirts of Albuquerque

  • Literally in the mountains on the edge of Albuquerque, this cozy fully furnished 1 bedroom is an attached apartment with its own private garage and patio. Sandia Mountain hiking trails start right out the back door, while still being within 20 minutes of downtown Albuquerque. Our nearest neighbors are 500 feet away and all around us are stunning vistas of the city and incredible views of the mountains. If you love being in the wilderness, this is the most secluded place you will find on the west side of the mountain. And for our summer guests, escape the heat in the higher altitude. Please note: For our winter guests, from December 15 through February 28 I require 4 wheel or all wheel drive vehicles to be a guest. Exceptions will be made in warmer winter weather.
