  • Separate private 1 Room Casita. 'Casita' means small house in Spanish. This casita is a detached little home away from home about the size of an average hotel room. Casita has a queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 32' TV with satellite, toaster, electric hot plate (No Stove), 3/4 bathroom, washer/dryer, and WIFI internet access. Pack-n-play available if needed for those travelling with infant or toddler.
    Room also has a ceiling fan, and heating/AC.

    Feel free to relax and pull up a chair in front of the fountain. Grill also available for your use.

    Quiet family neighborhood. 2 parks within walking distance,

    -5 minutes to shopping malls, restaurants,
    -5 minutes to BosqueTrails (2 mountain bikes available),
    -15 minutes from Old Town,
    - 12 min to Balloon Fiesta Park,
    - 10 minutes to freeway access I-25 and I-40,
    - 15 minutes to Sunport,
    - 15 minutes to Sandia Resort and Casino/Golf Course,
    - 20 minutes to Base of Sandia Tram (access to ski lifts and fine dining),
