Location was great. The hotel itself was average, but fine for what it was. Front desk staff was helpful and very friendly, however the cleaning staff...uh....not so much. Overall it was fine and would gladly stay there again.

The one thing that was a bummer was that we chose this hotel over similar ones in the area because of the pool and hot tub. They were working on a chlorine issue or something, and so the pool was closed.The weekend we were there. We did not find out until we checked in. The pool area looked really nice though.

Not a bad place to stay overall but expected better for the price. Breakfast lady was rude when we let her know waffle machine was malfunctioning. No power outlets anywhere near the bed. Rollout couch did not have linens and sheets setup. Walls are paper thin. Otherwise nice location if going to a sporting event downtown Pittsburgh.

Thus was just a layover location for us on a bigger trip. The beds were comfortably and the pre check in was great. We just had tonpick our keys up at the front desk and we were on our way to our room.

Close to Pittsburgh, clean, free breakfast is appreciated (not great food, but did the job and the worker kept busy cleaning and refilling the area with a smile!), and the clerk was pleasant and cheerful!!!

Great location ,we always stay here when coming into Pittsburgh.Love the complimentary breakfast and coffee.The staff is super friendly , housekeeping always does a great job,and the location is perfect.Plenty of places to eat at/order out,beer store right around the corner,gas station (Sheetz) offers everything,and it's super close to I-79 which takes you into Pittsburgh (15 minute ride).We always stay here and enjoy the hot tub,pool,fitness center,etc.
