SMOKING POLICY: We have a strict NO Smoking or Vaping policy in the home and on the property. The odors associated with smoking are difficult to eliminate, and any violation may result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit. This is a smoke-free house; smoking is prohibited both inside the cabin.

Due to extremely high fire danger in the area—and with no anticipated change in conditions—smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors.

Please be aware that if evidence of smoking is found, a minimum fine of $500 will be applied and may also result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.

THIS RESIDENCE STRICTLY PROHIBITS PETS. This residence maintains a strict No Pets Policy. Pets are not permitted on the property at any time violation of this policy will result in financial penalties. Bringing pets into the home may result in additional cleaning charges, including carpet cleaning and other tasks required by the cleaning staff.

Minimum Violation Fee: $500
Maximum Fee: Up to the full amount of the security deposit
