From the very beginning he helped us with our bags and shared that it mattered to them that we had a great experience in & out of the hotel. Gym was convenient, breakfast was super delicious, they also have beach towels you can borrow. Planning my next stay in Cartagena in this hotel for sure. Super impressed. "

"We stayed from 10/17/2025 thru 10/27/2025 room # 2012 Alejandro and Fabiola Gonzalez amazing customer service. Todo el servicio espectacular un customer nunca antes visto desde nuestra llegada . El desañuno muy variado y el servicio de todos empesando por la supervisora y todo su equipo fue increiblemente bueno al igual que en el Restaurante y la picina todos muy amables te hasen sentir parte de ellos como si fueran familia. La habitation tenia una vista al mar Bella al igual de Boca Grande e incluso se podia ver un poquito la Ciudad Amurallada. Estamos planiando regrasar en febrero espero se acuerden de nosotros. Gracias y bendiciones."

"Recomiendo muchísimo este hotel, está ubicado en una zona muy buena, alejado del bullicio del centro pero tampoco lejos, el personal es súper atento, en el front desk le agradezco a Caroline que nos ayudó a imprimir un documento que necesitábamos con urgencia y siempre atenta a lo que necesitábamos, Daniela nos cambió de habitación cuando quisimos cambiarnos de piso y siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos en lo que nos hiciera falta, pero en general todo el personal de check in es especial, y el personal del rooftop ejemplar, Jesús hace unos tragos exquisitos y siempre está atento tanto el cómo el otro personal que lo ayuda. En fin una experiencia única en este hotel, lo repetiría una y otra vez. "
