"The staff was very warm, welcoming and professional. The room and facilities are very nice, but we had a few issues with plumbing fixture in the bathroom and water pressure. Other than those issues, everything was excellent. Rooms were maintained well during visit. The hotel restaurants (Jardin and 1612) and bar onsite were excellent. Great stay overall and I do recommend."

"This hotel is super clean. The staff is super friendly. It was my friend’s birthday and the staff went up the room with a cake and sang Happy birthday. That was a very nice surprise! The hotel is close to everything. The pool area is well kept and is a vibe. Is great after walking around in the Cartagena heat. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. 10/10 "
