"Deceiving pictures. If you want to stay at a two star hotel and pay for a 4-star, this is your place. Incredibly deteriorated for a 8y/o building. Finishes were cheap, maintenance poor, food not great and service below average. Pretty outdated even though the building is not that old. Amazing location and views; and pool itself is nice… but not the services and quality you’d expect. If this was a 2 star hotel and I had paid half I would be satisfied "

"The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is good. However:
1) The guard at the entrance delayed our entry over an hour (!!) in order to "check our documents". This, despite the fact that we had passports, ID cards; and even custody documents for the kids! Still it took over an hour to "double check" our documents and "enter the details into the system" - all the while treating us like criminals. That was a very unpleasant way to begin our stay.
2) The water pressure in the shower...
