"This was a beautiful area to stay. My room was spacious. Had floor-to-ceiling windows. It was clean, quiet. Soundproofing was done very well. There was a little bit of construction going on. They did include ear plugs in one of the side tables. Not that I used them. I had my own and I only really needed them. One day out of the 10 I stayed. I would have to say that the only negative thing I would have to say about this property is the lighting. I am visually impaired so I need lots of light to...

"Overall our stay was great. It had what we needed for our short stay. Place was clean and stocked well enough for just the two of us. The only thing we had a hard time with was the big foam pad on the bed. It wasn’t comfortable and when we looked, the support legs in the middle under the bed weren’t upright and wouldn’t stay upright so we both kept sinking to the middle. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay."

"The check-in process was horrible since the room was not ready for us when we were told it would be, and we ended up needing to get ready for our dinner reservations in the lobby restrooms. The managers the next morning were much more apologetic and accommodating than the front desk lady checking us in the previous day. Regardless, the property was beautiful and clean when we got there."

"The Rey apartments were right downtown Phoenix providing great dining and convenience yet it was very quiet and relaxing in the courtyard with the pool and gym."

"The loft is extremely spacious giving you the comfort of being in your own home with its 2 bedroom 2 bath full kitchen amd upstairs downstairs floorplan. Its the perfect room choice for a family! "

"There were some small cockroaches in the living room. The counter was wobbly and unbalanced. I had trouble getting receiving the form for my deposit to my SMS, until agent sent it to my email. Then I was able to complete the process. I'm going through a separation right now and needed a cheap place to stay. Metro was a saver for me. I would've stayed longer but I wanted to be closer to my job. I will definitely use Metro again. "
