The property was in a great location
The price was great for the area. I enjoyed having all the amenities available to us. I loved the apartment feel instead of the hotel, kitchen was available and allowed us to relax more in the evenings on the balcony.

Unique vacation experience, more of an aparement style, but overall very quiet, tons of amenities in the building. Very easy neighbourhood to get out of to do day trips from!

Bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds. Enjoyed sitting on the patio in the early morning as the city was waking up.

The refrigerator water filter was not changed and needed to be as clean water is essential for the 100 degree weather in Phoenix. The couch in the living room was dirty so we were unable to utilize that space. Everything else was good. We bought bottled water

The Rey apartments were right downtown Phoenix providing great dining and convenience yet it was very quiet and relaxing in the courtyard with the pool and gym.
We really enjoyed the Cozy Suites apartment at The Rey! It’s a cute, well-equipped space and the location to ASU is fantastic.
Your communication was wonderful and very much appreciated. One small piece of feedback—upon check-in Friday, there were quite a few messages coming through with different pieces of information. I’m someone who does much better having all of the check-in details in one place, so the number of messages felt a little overwhelming. Certainly not a big deal, just something I thought might be helpful to share.
The apartment was very clean overall, but there was a noticeable sour/animal-type smell when we arrived and continued through the visit, that seemed like it could possibly be from pets. We also noticed the white/cream throw pillows on the couch were pretty grubby and had an odor to them. They could definitely use a good wash or cleaning.
Otherwise, we were very comfortable! The bed and pillows were great, and we really appreciated the little things like having coffee, salt and pepper, and a fully stocked kitchen. Being able to cook instead of eating out for every meal was wonderful. We also loved having the BBQ’s on the patio and definitely took advantage of it!
Our daughter is at ASU downtown, so we’ll be back in the area about every 45–60 days, and we will absolutely check your availability when we return.
Thanks again for your kindness, great communication, and hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay
Clean apartment. Had a little trouble getting into the building the first night, but had great communication with the rental company to resolve the issue. Had access to the pool, fitness room and game room which was nice.
Overall this location was booked for a tradeshow event we were attending.
Was nice, clean -the only downfall was checking in. After a long flight from the east coast, we a little hard to get inside the property.

It was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed. Highly recommend just walking outside at night was a bit unsafe. I also recommend that you read the information sent to you for checking in well. Lots to learn but worth it!

The apartment was clean and comfortable. A parking permit was not left in the apartment as expected and it took several attempts at contacting the property in order to get the parking pass. I didn’t feel as safe walking in the neighborhood as I would have liked. This is of no fault of the property, just a note for people who plan to walk during their stay.

Cute and convenient
Apartment was very spacious and such a relaxing place to stay! Though we did have a couple things we weren’t pleased with.
master bathroom Shower was dirty with hair all over, the light above shower was out so bathroom was very dark, and venting system did not work. The AC unit fan did not shut off the whole duration of our stay and when we tried to change system to cooler it said we needed to contact management. And the last thing that was probably our biggest issue was that the couch was dirty and we had to flip the cushion around to use the lesser of dirty sides. Just minor things we felt could use some attention, but would still highly recommend this place for a good, relaxing time and convenience of walking distance to convention center. We appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in both bathrooms. Oh and having a fridge with an ice maker and water dispenser!
The inside of the apt is great but you dont have a key and have to enter from the back and go around. There is laundry in the unit, which was great. And the parking was great. It is a bit loud in the area.

Never went to the room never showed up for the room because we couldn't get the reservation squared away prior to arriving they wouldn't approve a credit card that had no problems became very frustrated and just canceled it so why are you asking how to say was when we cancel that they never went did you charge our card if so please let us know and send the photo
Need more blankets, mattress on sofa bed horrible-too thin-felt all the metal, better instructions-per leasing office many Cozy Suite clients come in needing assistance, unit has very noisy neighbors in unit-loud voices and music- very difficult to sleep.
The people upstairs played loud, thumping music almost all night long. I didn’t get much sleep. The gym door wouldn’t open with the fob I had.

The apartment was nice. A little difficult to get in, many steps. The key to the pool didn’t work but luckily someone let us in but couldn’t get in the next day because the key still didn’t work. Then one of the tenants made a comment that his girlfriend wouldn’t get in the hot tub cuz of the “things” she’s seen happening in it and that when I told my teenage girls to get out and at that point I also noticed algae on the side of the hot tub. Overall, we wouldn’t stay there again.
I wouldn’t stay with them again if I have another option. Not a hotel, they’re an apartment with some rooms converted to rental stays.
Customer Service
Con:
- they provide a number to call, but you have to dial and get redirected to the correct location like 5 times. You have to carefully listen to the options or it will be directed wrong and you have to start over.
- I used Expedia to book them. They only contact you and when you tried to contact them via Expedia, no response.
- After booking, they send two separate types of confirmation. One is to their boarding pass page, the second one is to ask you to confirm your payment type. The second page doesn’t work and keeps loading so I wasn’t able to confirm my payment type. I had to call the customer service line 2 types to make sure my stay was confirmed. It’s so annoying!
- The boarding pass is an annoying way to check in and check out with instructions versus a hotel that’s made more convenient…

Management is not on site or even in the same city! We signed up for a suite that was supposed to sleep 6 & I even communicated to them that there were 6 of us. When we got there, there were only 2 queen beds & NO pullout couch or extra twin bed. They refused to refund any money if we moved to a different hotel & there was not another unit available. I had to go buy 2 inflatable mattresses! Getting a hold of anybody was a nightmare! There were only 4 towels in our unit & 4 pillows. They did order us some more from target which was nice but we had booked a unit that was supposed to accommodate that! I spent so much time on my vacation just trying to remedy the problems!
