It was a good place for the price. I was there for two nights with 3 kids, ages 3 years, 4 years, and 3 months old. We usually traveled during the day and would only come to the room to sleep at night. I mean, it's not Marriott, but I think it was also not Motel 6. They have fenced parking. Overall, it was good.

Clean room, nice & friendly staff. Sink didnt turn on when we first got there but was quickly fixed. Rooms were very spacious. Gated fence, and Security was at the entrance to greet you as well. Security was nice & friendly. I liked that we were given a parking pass which allows just the guests onto the property. 👍

The property around the room was duty, we had problems flushing the toilet, the shower water was cold, they have plastic underneath the sheets of your bed, the tv very old. The staff were very helpful and polite though.

Pros: Location, free parking, good price for baseball spring training season, good water pressure, no bugs. Cons: Our original room had dirty sheets and was in overall poor condition. Staff was nice enough to move us to a better room. The room did smell faintly of cigarette smoke. The A/C was noisy and didn’t work too well but overall the room was OK for the price.

Staff was really friendly, otherwise this property needs alot of work. There were holes in the curtains, floors and bathroom doors. There were cigarette burns in the door and furniture. The initial look of the room was good but once we started looking around there was definitely some work that needed to be done.

The room was pretty clean and they had security maintain the grounds. Mainly I loved the accessibility and staff experience! Eric was always very nice and helpful! Also it was located near the highway which made it great to get around to other places in Phoenix. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Positives - Staff is very nice and accomodating, size of room is large, easy access to I17 and pricing. Negatives - Conditon of my room wasn't great (floors were dirty, door had hole in it, etc.), overnight noise disrupted sleep (3:30am someone above me was moving furniture and vacuuming), and some clientele is sketchy. Finally the general area surrounding the hotel is not great.
