Close to supermarket, malls and High Street. Room access card did not work when used the first time. Front desk located on 5th floor. Had to ask room attendant to let us in. Room above can be heard moving something and making noises. Breakfast charges too expensive. Hot water availability not consistent. Room service is charged per day, so we had to request new towels everyday. No face towels. No hand soap by the sink.
