"The elevator was known to not be working. The staff did not put up any signs indicating we could end up being trapped. We were trapped. It was only for 10 minutes, however since we didn’t know how long it would be we were feeling quite anxious. We were upset to learn that the elevator had been having issues all day. The staff did not care and basically told us to relax. Not acceptable. "

"We always stay at Versante Hotel when we visit Vancouver, and it never disappoints. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the facilities are well-maintained and easy to use, and the bedding is fresh and very comfortable. The temperature and humidity are perfectly balanced, making the stay even more pleasant. We also had a great experience with the outdoor pool and the gym—both are excellent and well-kept. Highly recommended!"

"The staff are great and the hotel is situated in cool part of town, in my opinion. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop patio. However. There are some SMALL things that are a little annoying. Parking lot is very small. You will have to park in the street if the lot is full and that parking is sparce as well. Another thing small...the beds. They are barely full size. Last small thing: the pool. Very little. Like if there are more than 2 people in it, you feel crowded."
