"It was fine but the check in procedure was not super smooth. We got it all sorted out and it was fine. The room was updated with some nice modern touches like the sink and shower. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated that it was dog friendly. I would stay again."

"Nice Boutique hotel with very friendly staff. Complementary shuttle bus services included and the hotel is less than 10 minutes from the hotel. I will definitely come back again and recommend to others. "
"We absolutely love staying at the Beach Club Resort in Parksville. This was our fifth or sixth visit, and it’s become a place we intentionally return to again and again. We’ve already decided it’ll be our annual Christmas getaway from Victoria.
For us, it’s the perfect place to unwind. The beachfront rooms are worth every penny. Waking up to that view never gets old. The beds are genuinely comfortable, the rooms are quiet, and the whole place has a calm, relaxing feel that’s hard to find.
The pool and hot tub are a big hit, especially for our son, and my wife absolutely loves the spa. Between that, the boardwalk right out front, and the playground in the park next door, it’s an ideal family-friendly spot without feeling chaotic or overrun.
If there’s one thing we’d love to see improved, it’s the TVs. Streaming or casting would be a huge upgrade. Cable feels very 1995, especially when you’re settling in for the night after a beach day.
We’re also a bit mixed on the restaurant. It’s fine, and I’m sure people who enjoy finer dining appreciate it, but we find there aren’t many casual food options on site, which would be nice, especially for families.
Overall though, this place keeps us coming back. Comfortable, relaxing, right on the beach, and perfect for recharging. We’ll be back again, and again.
