"Generally the staff had good hospitality, the room was very clean and comfortable. The bar staff were fantastic although they had limited choices of beer.The view was top of the range offering a friendly environment. "

"The refurbish is great. Very modern style, looks light and clean. The reception "desk" looks great, the staff are no longer hiding from the guests. (the staff may have some concerns with their safety) The room was also very well done, not cluttered so looked clean. I also liked the chairs. We have stayed at this location many times, more enjoyable this time. We did not have breakfast"

"Amazing friendly staff at check in and out. Rooms clean, modern and tidy. Very walkable for any event and central to perth city, the Quay, ferry, train everything. "

"The staff were incredibly lovely and happy to help and explain anything we needed. The balcony looked out into the street, there was a nightclub across the road which was great for some music whilst out on the balcony. Once the sound proof doors were closed, we both had a great nights sleep with almost no sound coming through. The cafe below had lovely coffee and a lot of gluten free options. The GF bagel that I had was amazing. Heaps of carpark options around and the train station and malls within a quick walk. Will absolutely be returning. "

"The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful across every area, the front desk, bar, and restaurant. Each person greeted me with a genuine smile that made me feel truly welcome. My room was spotless and comfortably spacious for a solo stay. If you have the chance, I highly recommend ordering the breakfast. The selection is excellent, with both hot and cold options to suit every taste. It’s best to purchase it at check-in, as the price is more favorable than buying it later. A wonderful experience overall, highly recommended. "
