One lift operating, took soo long to get to our rooms, the lift was used both by stuff and guests. Waited too long to catch a lift up or down our rooms.

The Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Cable tv and lovely bathroom. The price for breakfast is expensive at $32 and the lobby area could do with a freshen up. Tables and chairs need changing . It does not look appetising for breakfast. Overall it fitted my needs and I was able to have a good nights sleep in the very comfortable bed😊

Parking is a joke paid over $750 for 2 nights with no financial help with regards to parkin. Restaurant not open in Evening's or lunch at all so not sure how you can advertise room with 24h hour room service. Rooms with its no view what so ever nothing like the pictures. I would advise staying away from this hotel for the price its priced way over value..

Excellent for comfy room &, location
Biggest rooms in Perth, comfy beds, good aircon and WiFi. Service a bit hit and miss. Dont use the nearby Wilson parking they recomnend as, even with hotel discount, it is still more expensive than the equally close Perth City Carparks -CCP. Very central location for both City & Northbridge nightlife/restaurant area.

The bed was comfortable and the location was good close to RAC Arena. Air con didn’t feel cold overnight, uncomfortable in hot weather. Check in staff member wasn’t welcoming or helpful but check out was.

nice hotel, breakfast isn’t the best especially for $30 per person! everything was cold and soggy. went to get yoghurt and it was sour and chunky overall the hotel rooms were nice and clean when arrived. However room cleaning services aren’t the best as we didn’t get our room cleaned the whole 2 nights we stayed here

We chose the Rydges because if it's proximity to RAC Arena and value. It was perfect for our overnight stay. Wouldn't pick it if you wanted a view though. Thankfully that wasn't relevant for us.

Clean, great location ... don't expect dinner.
Was for a concert, so location is excellent for RAC Arena. Was clean and great views. The restaurant wasn't open; however, there are great places within walking distance to dine at.
