The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with linen, towels, and essentials with the added comfort of luxury Queen sized beds and reverse cycle air conditioning. If you prefer to relax and cook at home, the kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and fridge. Relax in the open-plan living area and watch your favourite TV show or enjoy an evening on the south-facing balcony.
Close to Perth CBD and King Edward Memorial Hospital, this is a quiet leafy suburb. Nearby the Regal Theatre hosts live music and comedy or enjoy a nature walk in the lush open parklands of the Theatre Gardens, just one street away situated near Subiaco Arts Centre, a modern space for exhibits, live music, and plays.
If you want FREE street parking for your car please submit your car registration plate number to our office at least 2 business days before arrival. It can take up to 24 hours for us to receive parking confirmation.

Subiaco Sanctuary!
We loved staying in Subiaco! So close to everything, and our home for 3 nights Bambino, was the perfect space for us to return to as needed. We enjoyed the property and found communication with the property manager and owner super easy. Highly recommend staying here!
